IMS
The IMS encompasses the management systems of ISO9001, ISO14001
and OHSAS18001. It is a consolidated management approach to enable
MSS to integrate and monitor three key areas of concern, Work
Procedures, Environmental Protection and Workplace Health and
Safety. The ultimate benefits are improved effectiveness and efficiency
and higher standards for our customers.
MSS applies the concept of Plan-Do-Check-Act Approach by taking the following steps:
Ć To identify significant impacts to operation process.
Ć Plan to eliminate or minimize the defects.
Ć Execute the plan with resources provided.
Ć Collect the data to evaluate the effectiveness of action plan.
Ć Rectify the action for continuous improvement.
Besides, MSS is devoted to nurture a ¡§Life-learning¡¨ and ¡§Dual-communication¡¨ environment by:
Ć Design and conduct induction program to new-joined staff.
Ć Provide supervisory training course to potential operation security staff.
Ć Monthly MSS News is released to facilitate the communication between company and operation sites.
Ć Assembly is arranged in office to share with staff of corporate direction and strategy.
