
As a value added service for all our customers and as a quality
control measure we provide reporting services that are applied to
all of our work sites. This service involves regular and routine
situation reports being made by our site in-charge staff back to
our 24 hour control room. These reports give us timely information
on site occurrences and ensure that we can monitor reports for any
discrepancies in timing and content, for accurate reporting to our
customers.
Tele-Protection as the name suggests also provides a high degree
of protection to our staff and customers as there are set time
periods for reporting, if a call is not received within these
periods, then follow up and investigative action is immediately
launched.
Moreover, the control centre has access to over 250 temporary
relieving Security Guards located all over the Territory,
(Kowloon, New Territories and Hong Kong Island). They are able
to reinforce our on-site security teams on and as when necessary
basis to ensure the smooth running of its normal operation and
during emergencies, accidents and major incidents.
