In order to achieve our objective "Making Service Simple",
MSS will assign area representatives to administer and manage security
services for particular sites. These representatives will forward
the client's concerns and requests to the relevant departments;
ensuring appropriate action is taken to enhance customer satisfaction.
In addition, during such times that our area representatives are
otherwise engaged MSS has a 24 Hr customer service hotline so customers
can report concerns or pass on relevant information to our operational
staff. Our 24Hr control centre that handles the calls is constantly
supervised round the clock by a team of Duty Managers who will respond
with appropriate action.
