Registered Central Alarm Monitoring Control Centre

In addition to the items mentioned we also provide alarm system monitoring services from our SGSIA accredited Control Centre. This round the clock monitoring can provide you with peace of mind knowing someone is monitoring your security system at all times, and that a quick response to any alert is guaranteed..

When an alarm is tripped the signal and sent to the Control Centre, our duty controller will::
  • Verify the signal
  • Contact the Key Holder and/or tenant
  • Inform the onsite security and police
  • If required, dispatch our MSS patrol team to alarm location
