Cyberport ¡V Excellence Performance Award

In providing quality services to our valued customers, shoplifting thieves were successfully arrested by our security staff at Cyberport on Mar 3, 2006. In recognition of their outstanding performance and achievement to our customers, cash was awarded by MSS as an encouragement and praise given to them.

Remarks: Excellence Performance Award will be continuously launched as an encouragement for outstanding performance of our security personnel, please endeavor to achieve and get involved in such programmes.

Training Department

To provide more knowledge and practical skills concerning First Aid to our staff, in coming year of 2006 a series of First Aid training courses will be offered to all our MSS staff for participation.

Any staff, who are interested in or would like to obtain more information about the course, please don¡¦t hesitate to contact our training staff throughout office hours.

Occupational Health and Safety Day

Nowadays most people ignore the importance and awareness of their health, in order to promote positive health issues. On Mar 22, 2006 MSS organized an occupational Health and Safety day to raise our alertness and knowledge in preventing illnesses & diseases.

On the day, a specialized team from Poly U came and carried a comprehensive body check-up including blood pressure, BMI and lung functioning test, as well as distributing a large number of common diseases publications and presentation on most common diseases, also spreading the health message to them.

Recruitment Update ¡V Staff Referral Bonus

The ¡§Staff Referral Bonus for post at Cyberport¡¨ has been extended. Due to the continuous large manpower needs in Cyberport, the offer will be extended until further notice.

Furthermore, the ¡§Staff Referral Bonus¡¨ will also be launched for position of Concierge, Doorman and Hotline Services Officer of Two IFC from Apr 1 to May 31, 2006 to speed up the recruitment situation. All procedures and stipulations will remain the same as at Cyberport, while the bonus of $ 300 will be offered to the referrer (by cheque) only.

Recruitment Day

In order to recruit more applicants for our manpower needs, MSS will join two Recruitment Days ¡V to be held at Cheung Sha Wan Government Office and Central Library on 11^th May and 7^th June respectively.

Change of Summer Uniform

Effective as of May 19, all security personnel have to wear Summer Uniform while on duty, please note as below:

¡Ó Uniform must be worn according to company specification and the approved manner

¡Ó No other uniform should be shown outside uniform; tie should be in front of the buttoned up neck, button of shirt & staff badge must be worn

¡Ó Polish the shoes to a high luster

¡Ó Caps must be worn centered and straight
