During the last several months a number of new short term contracts were
started, two of the main contracts were for a period of 3 – 6 months looking
after high end service apartments in Wan Chai and
Central areas.
As for the long term contracts, we were successful in bidding for the
security service tender for Hong Kong Housing Society “Kwun
Tong Garden Estate” effective 1st of March – 29th of Feb
2008, deploying 24 security personnel on site, providing a 24 hours security
service.
As well as our CRM team members being heavily involved
in a number of major events supplying customer service officers, security
officers and event guards. So of these major events are:

To prevent workplace accidents such as slip or
trip, it is necessary to identify the three main factors as below:
Personnel
/ Staff Individual factors
Staff always wear the unsuitable footwear, unfitted size uniform. It will easily cause
slipping or tripping during their works.
Working attitude
Lack of / low awareness of
Occupational Safety and Health (O.S.H.) at work and failure to follow the
company’s standard safety rules, post standing instruction and regulations.
Environmental
factors
Uneven floor, carpet, tiles, or any obstacles in
the path, temporary or permanently placed in common area, can easily go
unnoticed to worker and cause a trip.
Remember that report any dangerous or hazard to
your direct senior officer or property management office and to remove it as
soon as possible.
