Occupational hazards can easily be found in our work place; as frontline workers in the security industry we need to identify those hazards that might affect our health, seek solutions and take necessary actions afterwards:

1.           Noise

Long term exposure to noise without effective wearing personal protection equipment (such as earplug or earmuffs) can result in hearing loss

Intense or dim light can lead to eyestrain and headaches

3.           Chemical

Acidic cleaning agents will irritate the skin and can be harmful to respiratory system

4.           Stress

An appropriate amount of stress boots work efficiency. When stress is excessive it can damage your physical and mental health and lead to problems such as anxiety, headaches and depression.
